The application packaging industry is currently thriving throughout Australia. This of course has followed the typical trends of supply and demand, whilst the demand is high the rates are literally driven by the professionals and consultants. This of course is great for the technical community however there are certainly some drawbacks for the corporations involved.

One negative for both consultants and corporations alike, the higher rates of enumeration currently on offer are attracting a lower grade of professional. Unfortunately due to this corporations are becoming flooded with technical professionals whom do not have the required skills to complete the roles they are accepting. For the consultants whom are legitimately skilled this drives down the rates they have worked so hard to achieve. So in effect a no win situation. The lack of official certification is not helping this epidemic.
